Company Structures

Choose Your Company Structure

To set up at DTEC, investors register their company with Dubai Silicon Oasis Authorities. Two structures are available:

Free Zone Establishment (FZE)

Formed with a single shareholder. The shareholder can be either an individual or a corporate entity.

Single shareholder — individual or corporate
Full 100% foreign ownership
Best for solo founders and single-entity owners

Free Zone Company (FZCO)

Formed by a minimum of two shareholders. A mix of both individuals and corporate companies are qualified.
