DUQE's registration process is straightforward and fully remote. Aurion coordinates every step with the authority on your behalf — from activity selection through to license collection.

Select the right activity from DUQE's approved list. Your trade license will carry your chosen activities, so it is important to choose carefully. Aurion will advise you on which activities best cover your business model.

Reserve Your Trade Name
Submit three trade name options for authority review. Once a compliant name is approved, your shareholder documents are submitted to begin the initial approval process.

Document Submission & Initial Approval
Provide your passport copy, shareholder photograph, approved trade name, and chosen business activity to the DUQE authority. Initial approval is granted before any office space commitment is needed.

Select Your Office Space & Pay Fees
Choose from virtual office, flexi-desk, or dedicated workspace options based on your activity type. A tenancy contract is prepared and both the office rent and business license fee are paid at this stage.

Trade License Issuance
Your DUQE trade license is issued. With the license in hand, you can open a UAE corporate bank account, apply for residence visas, and begin trading immediately.
