Minimum area for leasing is 2,500 sq. AED 25 per square metres + License Fee & Registration
Location is directly on the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (RAK bound) between exits 103 and 110 on the left side.

Rent increase: up to 10% once every 3 years.
